WINTER HAVEN: A Winter Haven developer is preparing to open a new place to dine and hold events that he hopes will be the city's hot spot. Six/Ten LLC won entry to break ground on the Bowen Yard structure, a food and events destination to be built on approximately 0. 87 acres at the northeast corner of 4th Street and D Avenue Southwest. 'We're looking to create a more centric experience,' said Joe Bogdahn, spouse of Six/Ten LLC. 'It's just a dining room. This specific position would be an exclusive food and occasion destination in Winter Haven.
