Last Friday, Kathleen Horrocks was swimming in the pool at their apartment complex in Winter Haven, Florida, and noticed a man struggling in the deep end of the pool. When she saw him sink to the bottom of the pool, the nine-year-old called out for her mom, Crystal Horrocks, for help. Crystal immediately jumped in the pool and brought the 33-year-old man to the surface and lifted him out of the pool with help from neighbors. She then started CPR, performing two rounds before the man started breathing again.
