WINTER HAVEN -- Dylan James was given the opportunity to play college basketball in a Power Five conference, and it was an opportunity too great to pass up.The 6-foot-8 forward signed with the University of Georgia on Wednesday during a signing day pep rally in the Jack Deedrick Gymnasium.James was one of six Winter Haven athletes who signed on the first day of the early signing along with Kjei Parker, Bre'Asia Washington, Reese Wells, Madison Smith and Kaprice Leonard.James, who said Georgia felt like home when he visited, had narrowed his choices to five schools, including UCF and Iona.
