One Winter Haven restaurant was temporarily closed earlier this month after an inspector found dozens of live roaches on the premises, according to state inspection reports from Sept. 4 to 17. Chilly Masala, 233 Ave. O SW, Winter Haven, was closed Sept. 6 after receiving 14 violations, four of which were high priority. The inspector noted more than 30 live roaches, including one by a drink station, four in a cabinet in front of the cook line, three behind the dish machine and 'approximately 25' under a three-compartment sink.
